Season Tickets are Available
October to April

3500 S. Rural Road – off route 60
There are 42 seats available each meeting for in-person attendance .
There is no limit on Zoom attendance.
Refreshments may be purchased at the library café.
Meeting Cost
1. $60 – Season ticket for 7 monthly Chapter meetings October 2024 to April 2025. One check, no per meeting payments.
2. $40 – Special pricing for last year’s season ticket holders for 7 monthly Chapter meetings October 2024 to April 2025. Not sure if you were a season pass holders, Terry Karpinski will be notifying you this week.
3. $10 – Pre-registration cost per Chapter meeting
4. $15 – At-the-door registration per Chapter meeting
5. Registration on-line with Eventbrite: $13 [$10 plus Eventbrite fee of $3.
6. No cost for the Summer SIG meetings May to September
Registration
1. Meeting announcements with registration information will be emailed to you before each meeting.
2. You can attend by Zoom or in-person.
3. Registration for the in-person seats is by first received.
4. Season ticket holders can register by email.
5. In-person attendees can participate in the door prize drawings.
6. In-person attendees can participate in the Q & A with the speakers.
7. In-person attendees can speak to the speakers one-on-one with the in-person speakers if they are available
8. In-person attendees can socialize with the other Chapter members.
SEASON TICKET PAYMENT DETAILS

2. Make your check for $60 out to: AAII Phoenix Chapter
3. OR $40 if you are a Season Ticket holder from last season. Terry has the list if you are unsure.
4. Mail your check and form to the Chapter registrar:

5. You will receive an email confirmation from the registrar.
6. Before each meeting, only if you plan to attend by Zoom, email Terry your Zoom intention and she will email you the Zoom link.
